摘要
高科技企业兼并已经成为兼并浪潮中的重要组成部分 ,不可避免地会遇到如何整合双方的IT系统的问题。所涉企业的信息化程度越高 ,这个问题的战略重要性越强。涉及两部分主要内容 ,一是计划的制定 ,包括原则、信息基础及主要内容 ;二是计划的实施 ,对实施过程中的组织、协调提出了一些建议。
Hi-tech mergers has been one of main streams in mergers nowadays, in which IT system integration is a key issue. The more informative the companies involved, the more strategic importance the issue is. The strategic importance of IT integration is closely connected to ovrall post-merger integration and the integration of business?organizational structure?human resource and culture. In this paper, the plan and implementation are discussed .Furthermore, the principals?information basis and the main contents are analyzed for planning IT integration. Finally, some concrete suggestions for successfully implementation of IT integration are proposed at.
