摘要输卵管积水最常采用的手术方式为腹腔镜输卵管结扎术,即在腹腔镜下行输卵管近端切断＋远端造口,在提高体外受精（in virto fertilization,IVF）临床妊娠率、降低异位妊娠发生率方面效果较好。现回顾分析2011~2014年我院收治的500例输卵管积水患者的临床资料,分析总结相应手术技巧与经验,以期与同道共勉。
