The Legal Countermeasures for Improving the Regional Forestry Ecological Construction

目前,我国林业发展正进入关键时期,但是,从当前的情况看,林业法制建设还不能适应以生态建设为主的林业发展战略的要求,不能适应市场经济体制改革和发展的需要。在陈仓区域如何早日实现林业的可持续发展,需要全社会的关注和努力,需要全面实施"依法治林"的方针,必须运用法制手段加以保障。

China＇s forestry development is entering a critical period, forestry legal system construction in current situation, however, cannot meet the requirements of the ecological construction of forestry development strategy and cannot keep the pace with the market economic system reform and development. How to reach sustainable development of regional forestry, great attention should be paid by the whole society in efforts to fully implement the ＂legal management＂ principle and use legal means to safeguard. In order to accomplish this historical mission, legislation and strict law enforcement should be strengthened to ensure the correct implementation of the law under the conditions of legal supervision and legal services.
