Mass Mobilization in the Revolutionary Base of Shaan-Gan Border Region:Based on the Experience of the Nanliang Revolutionary Base

南梁根据地时期是陕甘边根据地面积最广、政权最稳固的重要阶段。这一时期的群众动员在吸取此前经验和教训的基础上,正确估量敌情我情,从实际出发,采取合适的方法手段,依靠熟悉当地情况、有丰富群众工作经验的领导干部,逐步递进、稳妥发展,取得了群众动员的有效进展。陕甘边根据地南梁时期的群众动员,为我们认识中共在复杂条件下如何获得群众支持、实现多面发展提供了独特范本。

During the Nanliang period, the Revolutionary Base of Shaan - Gan Border was in its most stable period and also in its largest. Drawn on the experience and lessons from the previous two periods, the mass mobili- zation in this period was organized on the basis of correct evaluation of both the enemy and friends, in line with the specific conditions, with proper method and means, and by relying on cadres who were familiar with the local conditions and had rich experience of mass work. They promoted the work in a progressive and prudent manner, and made effective progress. This approach to mass mobilization, as a unique example, gives us insight into how the Party won support from the people and achieved development in various respects.
