Relationship between oral lichen planus and systemic diseases

口腔扁平苔藓(oral lichen planus,OLP)是一种慢性炎症性皮肤黏膜病,病因复杂,确切病因目前尚不清楚。随着研究的进展,越来越多的研究发现,OLP与高血压、糖尿病、慢性肝病以及甲状腺疾病等一些系统性疾病关系密切。现结合国内外文献就此方面内容做一论述。

Oral lichen planus （OLP）is a chronic inflam- matory mucocutaneous disease. The etiology and pathogenesis of OLP is yet to be known. However, with the development of the study, many systemic diseases, such as hypertension, di-abetes and thyroid diseases, etc, were considered as one of the risk factors of OLP. Based on the content of domestic and for- eign literatures, this paper discusses the relationship between oral lichen planus and systemic diseases.
