摘要
本文介绍了拉延模电镀处理的工艺流程,分析了拉延模表面产生拉毛的机理,阐述了电镀技术在拉延模上成功应用,提高了模具的使用寿命,解决了车身表面件拉毛难题,具有很好的推广价值。
In this paper technology process about the treatment of electroplating is introduced, and the causing mechanism of scratch is analysised on the surface of drawing die; the successful applications of electroplating technology in the drawing die, improve the working life of the die and solve the scratch problems on the die,there is a very good spreading value.
