介绍了分节辊的焊接修复。选择焊丝414N-S与焊剂SJ105,采取合理的工艺措施进行SAW焊,得到了较理想的结果。为焊接类似的分节辊提供了实践经验。
This paper introuduces process for welding On The Segment roll. Perfect result has been gained by using reasonable 414N-S wire and welding flux SJ105 and choosing reasonable technology and using the method of SAW. It offeres practical experience to weld same components of the Segment roll.
