摘要
以汽车覆盖件冲压模具材料的合理选用为主线,介绍了汽车覆盖件冲压模具材料选用的基本原则和选用方法,结合模具材料的化学成分、组织和性能等方面阐述了SKD11、ICD5、GM241三种汽车覆盖件冲压模具材料的不同特性,找出了SKD11、ICD5、GM241三种模具材料在汽车覆盖件冲压模具的适用范围。
Taking the reasonable selection of the material of automobile panel stamping die as the main line, this paper introduces the basic principles and the selection method of the material selection of automobile panel stamping dies, With the chemical composition, microstructure and properties of ICD5, SKDll and GM241 three kinds of automobile panel stamping die materials were described in this paper. The application range of SKDI 1, ICD5, GM241 three kinds of die material in automobile panel stamping dic is found out.
