本文针对杯帽攻丝后孔内沉积铁屑采用人工气吹方式存在效率低、人工劳动强度大、浪费压缩空气、质量不稳定等问题,研发设计了自动吹铁屑设备。从而实现自动化,降低工人劳动强度,节约气源,提高生产效率,确保产品质量。

According to the iron scurf wheel nut after tapping hole blowing method is low efficient , great worker＇s labor intensity,waste compressed air and unstable quality using artificial, research and design of the automatic blowing iron scurf equipment. So as to realize automation, reduce labor intensity of workers, save compressed air, improve production efficiency, ensure product quality.
