肝淀粉样变1例

One case of liver amyloidosis

淀粉样变是一组由不同结构的蛋白质在不同组织的细胞外间质和血管壁沉积引起的病变;淀粉样蛋白可沉积于不同的系统和器官,表现出复杂的临床症状。当淀粉样物侵及肝脏,并引起肝功能损害而出现的一系列相关临床表现,则被称为肝淀粉样变性。肝淀粉样变的报道病例少,广西中医药大学第一附属医院收治1例,现报道如下。

Amyloidosis is a group of diseases of different structures of proteins in the extracellular matrix deposition and vascular wall caused by different organizations; amyloid may be deposited in different systems and organs, showing complex clinical symptoms. When the amyloid invasion and liver and cause liver damage and the emergence of a series of clinical manifestations, is called hepatic amyloidosis. Hepatic amyloidosis reported fewer cases, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University admitted one case, it is reported below.
