摘要 文章通过分析校企双方师资及人才队伍的优劣势,以广西工业职业技术学院为例,对校企共建师资人才队伍模式进行了探索与实践。只有创立基于校企互惠双赢的利益驱动机制下的校企共建师资队伍才能在提高高职人才培养质量的同时也确保企方健康持续发展。 By analyzing both sides of teachers and school-enterprise personnel advantages and disadvantages, Guangxi Industrial Vocational and Technical College, for example, for schools and enterprises to build a model of teaching personnel exploration and practice. Only the creation of schools and enterprises to build faculty interest-driven mechanism is based on mutual benefit between schools and enterprises under the Vocational Training to improve quality while also ensuring the healthy and sustainable development.
