浅谈在新时期下教师角色变化

当前科学技术的迅猛发展为时代的进步提供了源源不断动力,教育事业应要求在不断更新,这同时也相应对教师提出了新的考验。为了搞好教育工作,教师角色也应适应时代的发展而发生变化。文章针对新时期下教师角色的变化,并结合自己的实际经历进行探讨。

Nowadays, in the wake of the developments in science and technology, it provides a sustainability scientific and techinical support to make the society keep growing. It means that our education should be renewed continuously, which also puts forward a new test to the teachers. In order to carry out a good education work, the teacher＇ s role should be transformed to meet the requirement of the times. In this dissertation, we mainly aim at the change of the teacher＇s role in this new period, and discuss it which combines our hands-on experience.
