摘要
《共同生涯与技术核心标准》是美国首部全国通用的职业教育新标准,其规定了职业教育学生应当具备的核心知识与技能。从研发背景看,《标准》的制定有其特殊的内外部动因。从研发过程看,明确的设想、合理的团队、有效的机制确保了《标准》的高质量。从主要内容看,《标准》的主体内容包括从宽泛到具体的三级标准体系,有益于增强职业教育的灵活性。《标准》所体现的设计思路与理念可以为我国带来一些启示。
The "Common Career Technical Core" is a new national standards for career and technical education. For the first time in the history of CTE, US have a common benchmark for what students should know and be able to do after completing a program of study. CCTC is a state-led initiative, which has specific internal and external grounds. Clear assumptions, nice teamwork and effective mechanism ensure the quality of CCTC. CCTC provides three levels of knowledge and skill statements, which can increase the flexibility of CTE. CCTC can give us some revelations.
