两种工艺制作的纯钛烤瓷冠临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of porcelain fused to pure titanium crowns made by two techniques

目的：比较采用CAD／CAM工艺制作的纯钛烤瓷冠和采用传统工艺制作的纯钛烤瓷冠的临床疗效。方法分别采用CAD／CAM工艺制作的纯钛烤瓷冠和采用传统工艺制作的纯钛烤瓷冠各自对100颗后牙进行修复，在修复5年后对修复体进行复查。结果修复5年后，在修复体完整性和边缘适合性方面，采用CAD／CAM工艺制作的纯钛烤瓷冠明显优于采用传统工艺制作的纯钛烤瓷冠（ P＜0．05）；在牙龈染色、牙龈反应及边缘变色方面，CAD／CAM纯钛烤瓷冠略优于传统纯钛烤瓷冠，但暂无统计学意义。结论 CAD／CAM工艺制作的纯钛烤瓷冠的远期临床疗效优于传统工艺制作的纯钛烤瓷冠。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of porcelain fused to pure titanium crowns made by CAD/CAM and traditional techniques.Methods Each type of porcelain fused to pure titanium crowns was adopted to restore 100 posterior teeth and then the corresponding clinical efficacy was examined five years later.Results Compared with the traditional crown, CAD/CAM technique-based porcelain fused to pure titanium crown showed obviously improved in-tegrity and marginal adaptation five years later （P〈0.05）, as well as better results in gingival reaction and marginal dis-coloration, despite no statistical difference.Conclusion CAD/CAM technique -based technology porcelain fused to pure titanium crown is superior to the traditional crown in long-term clinical efficacy.
