This paper constructs the efficiency evaluation index system of electronic countermeasure command system for aviation army, introduces the efficiency evaluation method of electronic countermeasure command sysytem for aviation army, and performs efficiency evaluation to the electronic countermeasure command sysytem for aviation army by using an example,which puts forward a definite base for rationally evaluating the efficiency of electronic countermeasure command sysytem for aviation army.
