摘要
为了提高相控阵天线的维修保障效能,针对使用可用度这一衡量系统性能的重要指标,提出了一种考虑备件的相控阵天线使用可用度模型,给出了基于(m,N_G)维修策略的两级维修保障体制备件请领流程,规范了天线发生故障后的维修程序,建立了系统运行周期内天线使用可用度模型,分析了备件配置和维修策略对天线使用可用度的影响。仿真结果表明,提出的天线使用可用度模型能够为实际运用提供理论依据,提高了备件保障效能。
In order to improve the maintenance and support efficiency of phased array antenna,ai- ming at the important index to weight the system performance operational availability, this paper proposes an operational availability model of phased array antenna considering spare parts, presents the spare parts application flow of two-level maintenance and support system based on (m,Na) maintenance policies,regulates the maintenance program after the antenna goes wrong, builds the antenna operational availability model in the system operational cycle,analyzes the influ- ence of spare parts assignment and maintenance policies on antenna operational availability. Simulation results show that the proposed antenna operational availability model can provide the theoretical basis for actual application, and improve the support efficiency of spare parts.
