摘要
导轨支架是固定导轨的主要部件,导轨支架的强度和刚度对电梯的平稳、安全运行起着至关重要作用。计算作用导轨上力,Cero建立3D模型,用Ansys Workbench分析其应力与变形。通过Design Exploration工具,优化分析材料厚度、长度与应力、变形之间的关系,验证最终设计结果。通过这一系列过程,达到了优化设计,同时也减少了材料应用。
The rail bracket is a primary part for supporting guide rails, which play critical roles for steady and safety of elevator running. By calculating force applied on guide rails and building three-dimension model based on Cero, we conduct FEA analysis with Ansys Workbench. With Design Exploration, optimization analyzing relationship among thickness, length and maximum stress, total deformation are analyzed by which we can optimize the final design to meet requirement and save material.
