摘要
实践教学是金融学人才培养计划的重要内容,也是个高校金融学教学中最为欠缺的环节。为了强化学生的实践能力的培养,金融学专业构建了系统性、多层次的"三级实践教学体系"。第一级校内实验课程群涵盖了"课程实验"、"金融专业综合实验"以及"校内仿真综合实习"等各种不同培养要求的实验课程;第二级校内课外实践通过"挑战杯"、"理财规划大赛"等课外学术科技作品竞赛培养学生创新创业能力;第三级校外实践通过"实践基地培训"和"校企联合培养"提升和检验学生实践应用能力和综合创新能力。通过多年的探索和实践,金融专业学生的实践能力大大增强,不仅在各种课外学术科技作品竞赛中屡获大奖,毕业生也深受用人单位的好评,在珠三角地区的金融机构具有很强的竞争实力。
Practice teaching is an important content of cultivation plan of finance talents. It is the most missing link of finance teaching. In order to strengthen students' practical ability,finance professional build a systemic and multi-level"three practice teaching system". The first level is the experimental courses which cover "course experiment","financial professional comprehensive experiment","the campus simulation practice"and other training requirements experiment courses; The second level is the school extracurricular practice to train students' innovative ability through the "challenge cup","financial planning competition"and other extracurricular academic science and technology works competition; The third level is off-campus practice. we organize students to attend "practice base training " and"university-enterprise joint training"to promote and enhance their practical application ability and the comprehensive innovation ability. Through years of exploration and practice,financial professional students' practical ability greatly enhanced,they not only won prizes in various extracurricular academic science and technology competitions,but also were well received by units of choosing and employing persons,they all have strong competitive power in the pearl river delta region of financial institutions.
