实践教学是金融学人才培养计划的重要内容,也是个高校金融学教学中最为欠缺的环节。为了强化学生的实践能力的培养,金融学专业构建了系统性、多层次的"三级实践教学体系"。第一级校内实验课程群涵盖了"课程实验"、"金融专业综合实验"以及"校内仿真综合实习"等各种不同培养要求的实验课程;第二级校内课外实践通过"挑战杯"、"理财规划大赛"等课外学术科技作品竞赛培养学生创新创业能力;第三级校外实践通过"实践基地培训"和"校企联合培养"提升和检验学生实践应用能力和综合创新能力。通过多年的探索和实践,金融专业学生的实践能力大大增强,不仅在各种课外学术科技作品竞赛中屡获大奖,毕业生也深受用人单位的好评,在珠三角地区的金融机构具有很强的竞争实力。

Practice teaching is an important content of cultivation plan of finance talents. It is the most missing link of finance teaching. In order to strengthen students＇ practical ability,finance professional build a systemic and multi-level＂three practice teaching system＂. The first level is the experimental courses which cover ＂course experiment＂,＂financial professional comprehensive experiment＂,＂the campus simulation practice＂and other training requirements experiment courses; The second level is the school extracurricular practice to train students＇ innovative ability through the ＂challenge cup＂,＂financial planning competition＂and other extracurricular academic science and technology works competition; The third level is off-campus practice. we organize students to attend ＂practice base training ＂ and＂university-enterprise joint training＂to promote and enhance their practical application ability and the comprehensive innovation ability.
