高职机电类产学研成果教学转化的探索实践

摘要 高职院校教师在与企业开展产学研的紧密合作过程中,参与开发了大量的新产品、新工艺和新技术,高职院校培养的人才要服务区域经济,对应的课程内容要与区域企业的实际情况相结合,因此,通过提炼可以把这些产学研项目转化为可以实施的教学项目,反哺教学。这样,可以提高学生的学习主动性和成就感,从而提高教学效果,培养的人才更符合企业需求。本文以真空技术团队的产学研项目为例,把相关的产学研项目深度融进机电类专业开设的CAD/CAM、机械制造技术等核心课程的实践教学,详细介绍了课程的教学设计与教学效果。 In close cooperation with enterprises,teachers in higher vocational colleges have developed a large number of new products,new processes and new technologies. Higher vocational colleges should cultivate talents to serve the regional economy,and the curriculum content should be practical and regional-enterprise-oriented. Therefore,through refining,teachers can bring these research projects into the classroom,by transferring them into real teaching projects.The reform will improve students ' initiation in learning and present a sense of accomplishment,so as to enhance the teaching effect. Thus,culturing talent is more in line with business needs. Taking vacuum technology team research projects as an example, the research projects are integrated into practical teaching of core curriculum of Electromechanical Specialty,such as CAD / CAM and mechanical manufacturing technology,and the teaching design and teaching effect are introduced in detail.
