中国足球国家队建设中的训练核心问题理论阐释与对策思考

Theoretical Interpretation and Countermeasure Thought to the Core Training Problems in Construction of the Chinese National Football Team

以亚足联2011年亚洲杯技术分析数据为依据,分析并指出"体能储备不足、比赛中体能恢复慢导致整体节奏慢,难以承担90 min激烈比赛"是目前中国足球国家队体能训练方面的核心问题,也是中国足球亟需突破的瓶颈;"怕逼抢对抗,比赛中失误多"以及"创造得分机会的能力不强,进攻缺乏创造性"是技战术训练存在的重要训练核心问题。从认知、训练、竞赛、科技、文化等层面对产生上述问题的主要原因进行系统剖析,归纳出提高中国足球国家队竞技水平的发展对策:(1)理论研究层面,亟需加强足球国家队备战的理论建设;(2)训练创新层面,以提升训练质量推进国家队训练改革;(3)竞赛优化层面,从战略高度抓好国内联赛改革;(4)科技保障层面,注重复合型团队的"内涵"建设;(5)文化形象层面,共同打造国家队核心价值体系。

In this paper,based on the 2011 AFC Asian cup technical analysis data,inadequate physical reserves,slow recovery in overall slow,difficult totake 90 minutes of intense competition are the core training problems in physical fitness for Chinese football team,also the bottleneck to break through forChinese football,afraid of closing down,the game errors,and the ability to create scoring opportunities is not strong and lack of creativity in attack are theother core training problems in technology and tactics level have been pointed out by objective analysis and thought firstly. Then the main reasons for theseproblems in a system have been analyzed from the views of cognition,training,competition,science and technology,and culture. Finally the developmentcountermeasures were summed up and put forward to improve the sports level for the Chinese football team：1）In theoretical research level,it is urgent tostrengthen the theory construction of football team. 2）In training innovation level,actively promote the reform of national team training and innovation toimprove training quality. 3）In competition optimal level,pay special attention to the domestic league reform from the strategic height. 4）In science andtechnology level,pay more attention to composite team building in the connotation. 5）In the cultural image level,develop national core value system together.
