基于创新型人才培养的高校体育文化建设研究

党的十八届五中全会提出坚持创新发展战略,要求把创新摆在国家发展全局的核心位置。创新型人才培养则成为我国高校重要的人才培养目标。人才培养离不开文化的熏陶和塑造,高校体育文化作为文化的重要分支,在创新型人才培养工作中发挥着诸多重要的功能,承担着独特的文化育人树人的重任。通过对国内相关高校的调研,发现目前很多高校体育文化的创新功能尚未充分发挥,在培养大学生创新素质和能力方面还有很大的提升空间。因此,新时期高校体育文化建设应创新理念,转变认识,创新高校体育教学内容和手段,营造和传播高校体育文化,增强体育文化的开放性和交流性,培育差异化的、各具特色的高校体育文化。

With the development and changes of the times, social demand for talents of specifications and standards are constantly changing, especially pay more attention to cultivate students＇innovative quality and capability. As an important branch of culture, Colleges and universities sports culture plays an important function in the innovative talents training, and hears the unique cultural education task. Therefore, in the new period university sports culture construction should be guided by its functions of innovation. University sports education must realize the transformation of development, take the student as the main body, combined with the training of the students＇innovative ability, innovation in colleges and universities sports teaching content and means, to build and spread college sports culture, enhance the openness and communication of sports culture, cultivate differentiated university sports culture with its own characteristics.
