吉林省冬季体育课程资源开发现状分析

通过文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、实地调查、数理统计等方法对吉林省高校冬季体育课程资源的现状进行调查与分析,为吉林省高校冬季体育课程资源的开发提供重要的实践价值。结果表明:吉林省高校冬季体育课程资源开发不容乐观,表现为冬季体育课程开设项目缺乏对东北特色文化运动项目和民族传统文化项目的开发;人力资源结构呈现年龄偏大或偏小,性别呈现男多女少,学历以硕士和本科为主,职称以副教授和讲师居多,教师专业分布集中。

Through literature, questionnaire, expert interview, field investigation, mathematical statistics and other methods of ji- lin university winter sports curriculum resources of the status of the investigation and analysis, for the development of jilin university winter sports curriculum resources provide important practical value. The results showed that： jilin University winter sports currieulum resource development is not optimistic, the lack of the performance for the winter sports courses in northeast China characteristic cultural and ethnic traditional sports culture development of the project; Human resources structure of present age small or large, gender appear less men more than women, education is given priority to with master or bachelor degree, title in the majority with associate professor and lecturer, teaeher＇s professional distribution.
