摘要
采用同一批奥氏体不锈钢板材,在不同的季节进行卷板作业,发现卷制后的筒体产生了不同的导磁性能。通过金相显微镜、铁素体测定仪对低温条件下卷板前后材料的微观组织变化及铁素体含量进行了分析,利用振动样品磁强计对其导磁性能进行测试,采用Ansoft有限元分析软件建模讨论了其产生不同导磁性后对筒体表面磁场的影响,最终联系实际提出了消除筒体导磁性的方案。
The austenitic stainless steel from the same batch is used to make wrapped boards in different seasons, and it is found that the rolled tub has different magnetoconductivity. Study on the change of the microstmeture and the ferrite content of the pre and post rolled material in low temperature condition by using metalloscope and ferrite determinate is done. And a test on magnetoconductivity by using the vibrating sample magnetometer is done. The Ansoft is used to establish calculation model to discuss the affects of the different magnetoconductivity on the surfacemagnetic field of the tube. Finally, the elimination of the magnetoconductivity of the tube is proposed in connection with practice.
