摘要
涡轮螺旋桨发动机总推力中,排气推力是重要的组成部分。通过对自由涡轮涡桨发动机的循环分析,得出涡桨发动机的总推力、单位推力、总效率、热效率等。在飞行试验中,可以通过测量涡轮后截面和尾喷管出口截面参数的方法,建模计算得到涡桨发动机排气推力。和某仿真计算程序结果进行对比,流量和排气推力的相对误差不超过2%,计算结果接近,这从侧面验证了计算方法的正确性。
The exhaust thrust is an important part of the gross thrust of the turboprop. Through the cycle analysis of turboprop with free turbine, the gross thrust, the specific thrust, the total efficiency and the thermal efficiency etc are obtained. In the flight test, a method for measuring the parameters of the cross section of the free turbine and the outlet section of the nozzle is presented, and the exhaust thrust of turboprop is calculated by modeling. Compared with the results of a certain commercial calculation program, the relative error of the flow rate and the exhaust thrust is less than 2%, which shows the calculation results are very close and proves the correctness of the calculation method.
