摘要
绍了一种新型汽车底盘零件安全测试多载荷系统。该系统采用电液伺服控制技术,主要用于材料及零部件的物理性能试验等。3支作动器可以单独进行负荷、位移试验,也可2支、3支作动器联合进行负荷、位移试验,3支作动器的试验相位可以手动设定和手动调节。如匹配相应的试样夹具,可以进行拉伸、压缩、弯曲疲劳等试验。
A new automotive chassis parts safety testing multi-load system is introduced in this paper.The electro-hydraulic servo control technology is used in the system, and the system is mainly used for the test of physical properties of materials and the test of static and dynamic performances of materials and parts. Three actuators can be used individually for the load and displacement test, or two or three actuators are combined used for load and displacement test. The test phase of three actuators can be set and adjusted manually. If matched with appropriate specimen grips, the system can be used for the test of tension, compression and bending fatigue.
