利用社会统计学方法研究刑法问题是当今刑法学界普遍采用的方式。对恶意透支型信用卡诈骗犯罪案件的不起诉进行定量分析,剖析此类案件产生及对其不起诉的原因,以此为基础制定相应的刑事、行政策略,可以有效预防和打击恶意透支型信用卡诈骗犯罪。

Using the methods of social statistics to study the problem of criminal law is a common way in the criminal law field. Specific to malicious overdraft credit card fraud cases, this type of crime does not prosecute quantitative analysis. Analyzing the causes of such cases and mining the reasons for its non prosecution, as the basis for the development of appropriate criminal and administrative strategies, can effectively prevent and combat malicious overdraft credit card fraud crime.
