当前,我国高等教育正在致力于推进内涵式发展,现代大学制度建设为实现高等教育内涵式发展提供坚强的制度保证。各高等学校要紧密结合改革发展的实际和需要,以现代大学制度建设带动改革发展全局,在人才培养、队伍建设、创新能力提升、国际化办学等方面重点突进。在有效推进现代大学制度改革创新实践中,要进一步凝聚共识,避免单兵突进,允许先行先试。

At present,China＇s higher education is committed to advancing content-type development.The construction of modern university system provide a strong guarantee for achieving content-type development of higher education.In response to their actual needs,the colleges and universities should promote the overall reform and development through the construction of modern university system,especially in the aspects of personnel training,team building,innovation and capacity building,internationalized education,etc.When effectively promoting the reform and innovation practice during the construction of modern university system,we should further build consensus,avoid the unreasonable onrush of a single aspect and allow pilot projects.
