在新形势下,正确分析党员发展数量和质量关系,找出当前认识中的误区和难点,进而正确认识和妥善处理好党员发展数量和质量的关系对高校党建有着重要的意义,须以唯物主义历史观、唯物主义辩证法、马克思主义政党理论为指导,立足于党员发展的现状来认识党员发展的数量与质量关系。

Under the new situation,we should correctly analyze the relationship between the quantity and quality of the development of party members to find out the misunderstanding and difficulties in our current understanding;then we should correctly understand and properly handle the relationship between quantity and quality in the development of party members.This has important significance for CPC party construction.We should understand the relationships between the quantity and quality of the development of party member under the guidance of historical materialism,materialist dialectics,and Marxist party theories,and on the basis of the status quo of party member development,.
