摘要
在分析高校后勤管理现状及影响因素的基础上,指出高校多元化后勤管理模式具有制度提供多样性、制度选择局限性、资源配置高效性的特点,建议高校后勤在多元化管理模式的建设中要建立高效的后勤管理机制,加快事企分离,调整后勤管理部门人员岗位,平衡公益性和效益性。
On the basis of analysis of university logistics management status and influential factors,the paper points out characteristics of the logistics management system in colleges:the managing diversification,system selection limitations and resource allocation efficiency,and recommends that an efficient logistics management system should be established for the formation of university logistics management mode by accelerating separation of enterprises from institution,adjusting the existing positions of logistics management staff,balancing both its effectiveness and its public welfare nature.
