不同方法联合电子束照射治疗瘢痕疙瘩效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较手术切除联合电子束照射治疗瘢痕疙瘩和药物瘢痕内注射联合电子束照射治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效。方法:120例患者中,A组64例采取手术切除瘢痕疙瘩皮损,术后24小时内电子束照射,单次剂量7Gy,连续3天,总量21 Gy,B组56例采取瘢痕疙瘩皮损内注射复方倍他米松注射液和5-氟尿嘧啶(两者按2∶1混合)2周1次,4-8次,待瘢痕变平后放疗,剂量、疗程同A组。所有患者随访12-60个月。结果:A组3例患者放疗后出现局部瘙痒,半年后复发,复发率6.2%。B组4例患者在术后半年内切口处出现部分或完全复发,复发率5.4%。A组总有效率93.8%,B组总有效率94.6%,两组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05,χ2=0.07)。结论:手术切除联合电子束照射和药物瘢痕内注射联合电子束照射治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效相当,21Gy分3次治疗的剂量为安全有效。
