摘要
通过多维度定性分析和归纳概括,从理论、实证和方法论三个维度分析1964-2014年间西方翻译过程研究成果及存在问题。西方翻译过程研究经历了由理论原理性概说向实证研究、由定性研究向混合研究、由产品(译作)导向向认知过程导向的三次转变,依次带来了翻译过程研究中的实证浪潮、多元论证方法和认知翻译学的诞生。通过梳理核心文献,呈现出该课题的国外研究动态,以期对我国翻译研究提供参考和借鉴。
Western translation process research over the past five decades was critically reviewed from three dimen- sions： theoretical assumptions, empirical studies and methodologies. Examples from each dimension are given. The shifts from product-oriented research to process-oriented research, from theoretical to empirical research and from qualitative to mixed methods are made apparent, and the validity of process research is also highlighted. Based on the review of the past and present, prospects for future developments are made.
