软骨细胞复合纤维蛋白胶植入修复兔关节软骨缺损的效果研究

摘要 目的:观察软骨细胞复合纤维蛋白胶植入修复兔关节软骨缺损的效果。方法:用硫酸铵沉淀法从兔血液中提取纤维蛋白并且制备纤维蛋白胶;建立兔关节软骨缺损模型,编号,将40只新西兰兔分为实验组及空白对照组,实验组植入复合物,空白对照组不进行任何植入处理。分别于术后4、8、12周取材料,进行大体、甲苯胺蓝以及组织学的观察,判断关节软骨细胞缺损的修复情况。结果:实验组实验12周时可以修复膝关节软骨的缺失,以透明的软骨组织为主,修复效果明显优于空白对照组。结论:软骨细胞复合纤维蛋白可以很好地修复关节软骨的缺损,可以考虑用于再生修复软骨的缺损。 Objective:To observe the effect of the compound fibrin glue on repairing articular cartilage defect of rabbit.Method:The fibrin was extracted from rabbit blood by ammonium sulfate precipitation method and prepared fibrin glue.The defect model of rabbit articular cartilage was established,then numbered.The 40 New Zealand rabbits were divided into the experimental group and the blank control group,the experimental group was implanted composite,the blank control group without any implant treatment.The materials were taken respectively after 4,8,12 weeks,underwent the generally, toluidine blue staining and histological observation,the repair of articular cartilage defect was judged.Result:In the experimental group,the defect of the articular cartilage was repaired at 12 weeks,and the tissue of the cartilage was transparent,and the effect of the repair was better than that of the blank control group.Conclusion:Chondrocytes complex fibrin can be a good repair for articular cartilage defects,can be considered for the regeneration of cartilage defects.
