布地奈德混悬液喷雾对气管插管下全身麻醉后呼吸道感染的预防作用 被引量:5

The Preventive Effect of Budesonide Suspension Liquid Spray for the Treatment of Respiratory Tract Infection after General Anesthesia under Tracheal Intubation

摘要 目的:探讨布地奈德混悬液喷雾对气管插管下全身麻醉后呼吸道感染的预防作用。方法:选取2014年2月-2015年2月于本院进行气管插管手术的100例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为布地奈德组和常规组各50例。常规组仅行常规治疗,布地奈德组在常规治疗的基础上进行布地奈德混悬液喷雾治疗(成年用量),1-2 mg/次,2次/d,共7 d。观察比较两组患者的手术时间、麻醉时间、插管深度及手术后呼吸道感染情况。结果:两组患者的手术时间、麻醉时间和插管深度比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。布地奈德组手术后的呼吸道感染率8.00%(4/50)明显低于常规组的38.00%(19/50),差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.705, P=0.000)。结论:布地奈德混悬液喷雾对气管插管下全身麻醉后呼吸道感染的预防有较好的效果,能够有效地降低术后呼吸道感染率,促进患者机体的恢复,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To discuss the prevention effect of Budesonide suspension liquid spray for the treatment of respiratory tract infection after general anesthesia under tracheal intubation.Method:100 patients with endotracheal intubation surgery admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected and divided into the Budesonide group and the routine group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The routine group was only given routine treatment,the Budesonide group was treated with Budesonide suspension liquid spray on the basis of routine treatment(adult dosage),1-2 mg per time,twice a day,a total of 7 days.The operation time, anesthesia time,intubation depth and postoperative respiratory tract infection between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in the operation time,anesthesia time and intubation depth between the two groups(P〉0.05).The postoperative respiratory tract infection rate of Budesonide group was 8.00%(4/50),which was significantly lower than 38.00%(19/50)of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=12.705,P=0.000).Conclusion:Budesonide suspension liquid spray has good effect for prevention of respiratory tract infection after general anesthesia under tracheal intubation,it can reduce the respiratory tract infection effectively,promote the recovery of patients with the body,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
