摘要
目的:探讨通过"准护士岗前培训班"择优选拔聘用护士的效果。方法:选择2006年1月-2009年1月参加常规培训的210名护士设为对照组,2010年9月-2013年6月通过"准护士岗前培训班"择优录用的聘用护士210名设为观察组,比较两组护理理论及技能考试成绩、临床带教老师满意度、护士长与护士双向选择满意度。结果:观察组理论及操作技能考试成绩、临床带教老师满意度及护士长、护士双向选择满意度均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:"准护士岗前培训班"这种新型的培训模式明显优于常规岗前培训方法,为择优选拔聘用护士奠定了基础,有利于向临床快捷输送合格的护理人才。
Objective: To explore the effect of "pre-job training of quasi-nurse" in selecting and recruiting superior nurses.Method: 210 nurses who accepted regular training from January 2006 to January 2009 were selected as the control group.210 merit-based hiring nurses who accepted "pre-job training of quasi-nurse" from September 2010 to June 2013 were selected as the observation group.The test scores of theory and skill, the satisfaction of clinical instruction teachers, the two-way choice satisfaction of head nurses and nurses were compared between the two groups.Result: The test scores of theory and skill, the satisfaction of clinical instruction teachers, the two-way choice satisfaction of head nurses and nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.001) .Conclusion: The new training model of "pre-job training of quasi-nurse" is better than the regular training.It lays the foundation for selecting and recruiting nurses, which is in favour of delivering qualified nursing personnel for clinical work quickly.
