妇科盆腔手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防性护理观察

Preventive Nursing Observation of Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Limbs after Gynaecology Pelvic Surgery

目的:观察并研究将预防性护理在妇科盆腔手术后下肢深静脉血栓中的预防效果。方法:选取2013年4月-2014年3月于本院进行妇科盆腔手术的45例患者作为对照组,予以常规手术护理;另选取2014年4月-2015年3月来院进行妇科盆腔手术的45例患者为观察组,采取预防性护理措施,对比两组的术后下肢深静脉血栓发生率、护理满意度等指标。结果:观察组的护理满意度为95.56%,高于对照组,且下肢深静脉血栓发生率、止血药物使用率分别为2.22%、6.66%,均低于较对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(字2=6.29、6.43、5.17,P<0.05);同时观察组的住院时间较对照组有明显下降,组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=9.42,P<0.05)。结论:将预防性护理方法应用到妇科盆腔手术中,对于下肢深静脉血栓有较好的预防效果,能够显著降低下肢深静脉血栓的发生率,促进病情康复,具有临床推广应用意义及价值。

Objective： To investigate preventive nursing observation of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs after gynaecology pelvic surgery. Method： 45 patients who were given gynecological pelvic surgery in our hospital from April 2013 to March 2014 were selected as control group, they were taken conventional surgical nursing. 45 patients who were given gynecological pelvic surgery in our hospital from April 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the observation group, they were taken preventive nursing measures. The postoperative incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Result： The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.56%, was higher than the control group, and the incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, hemostatic drug utilization rate respectively were 2.22% and 6.66%, were lower than the control group, the differences of the two groups were statistically significant （ X2= 6.29, 6.43, 5.17, P〈0.05 ） . At the same time, length of hospital stay of the observation group was lower than the control, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ t=9.42, P〈9.42 ） Conclusion： The preventive nursing method is applied to the gynaecology pelvic surgery, for lower extremity deep vein thrombosis has good prevention effect, can significantly reduce the incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, promoting disease rehabilitation, have clinical application significance and value.
