摘要
血管紧张素转化酶2-血管紧张素(1-7)-Mas[ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas]为肾素-血管紧张素系统的新成员,ACE2通过水解血管紧张素Ⅰ(AngⅠ)或血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)而产生Ang(1-7),Ang(1-7)可以通过缓激肽、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)及一些信号通路发挥扩张血管、抗心室重塑、抗心律失常、抗炎、抗增生等作用,达到保护心血管及神经系统的效果。本文将对ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas在心血管及神经系统中的分子机制展开综述。
Angiotensin converting enzyme 2-Angiotensin ( 1-7 ) -Mas[ACE2-Ang ( 1-7 ) -bias] is the new components of renin-angiotensin system.ACE2 generates Ang ( 1-7 ) through; hydrolyzing angiotensin I or angiotensin II.Ang ( 1-7 ) can dilate blood vessels, inhibit cardiac remodeling, suppress arrhythmia, control inflammation, inhibit proliferation and generate other funtions through bradykinin, nitric oxide synthase ( NOS ) and some signal pathways. These effects can create cardiovascular and nervous protective effects.This article examines the mechanical of ACE2-Ang ( 1-7 ) -Mas in cardiovascular system and nervous system.
