摘要 The rapid development of high-throughput sequencing technology has greatly promoted the study on microbial diversity. Various bioinformatics softwares were developed and used to analyze the large number of gene information generated from the utilization of this technology. Application of bioinformatics in microbial ecology and the corresponding softwares and databases adopted in α, β-diversity study were summarized in the paper.
