燃气联合循环机组DEH安全卡件钝化导致汽轮机闷缸分析及防范措施 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了气轮机联合循环机组汽轮机DEH安全卡件的工作原理,针对北京京西燃气热电有限公司二拖一机组正常运行中汽轮机闷缸的问题,进行盘柜等现场检查,并模拟各种事故下汽轮机DEH安全卡件所产生的故障状态,对不同的试验数据进行分析,最终确定导致故障的原因为DEH安全卡件钝化。根据实际运行操作,对预防机组运行时再次发生该问题提出了相应的防范措施和操作建议。 The working principle of steam turbine DEH security module SGTS-4000-f(+) of gas turbine combined cycle unit are introduced. Aiming at Beijing Jingxi Gas-fired Thermal Power Co.,Ltd. two drive one units in the normal operation of the steam turbine boring cylinder, the plate of tank, site inspection, and simulate all kinds of accidents the steam turbine DEH security module produced by the fault status, analyze the different test data, finally determine the cause of failure to the actual operation, come out with the suggestion to aviod the this kind of problem for DEH security module passivation. According corresponding preventive measures and operation happening again.
