摘要
基于西门子9F燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组特性,对北京京西燃气热电有限公司3台F级燃机的冷态启动过程进行分析,提出了优化方案。采用优化后的冷态启动方案,每次启动可节约天然气量52.45 km^3,节省厂用电量439 kWh,可为企业带来一定的经济效益。该方案在保证机组安全启动、经济省时、指导实际生产方面具有参考价值。
Based on feature of Siemens 9F gas-steam combined cycle units, cold starting process for F-class gas turbines of Beijing Jingxi Gas-fired Thermal Power Co.,Ltd. was analyzed, after putting forward optimized launch program. It could save natural gas amount 52.45 km^3 and the plant electricity 439 kWh for each starting, meanwhile, bringing some economic benefits for enterprises, to ensure crew safety starting, economic and saving time, making a certain reference value to guide the actual production.
