战略性新兴产业是带动我们经济快速发展的重要性产业,是促进区域经济增长的引擎,产业集群已成为其发展的重要组织形式。加快和提升战略性新兴产业集群的优化发展,是实现区域经济发展、产业集群的优化升级的有效措施,同时也是提升我国全球价值链环节低增值环节向高增值环节跃升的重要途径。目前国内外对全球价值链下战略性新兴产业集群的发展研究主要体现在战略性新兴产业集群的动因、治理结构、影响因素、升级路径和对策建议等方面。总结现有全球价值链下战略性新兴产业集群的相关研究成果,以及实证分析全球价值链下安徽省战略性新兴产业集群发展的相关问题。

The strategic emerging industry is an important one that can lead our economic develop rapid, it is an engine of growth to promote regional economic. And industrial cluster has become the important organizational form of the development. The optimization of strategic emerging industry cluster development is the effective measure of the realization of regional economic development and the optimization and upgrading of industrial clusters, and it is also the important way to improve the global value chain link from low valueadded links to the value-added links. At present, at home and abroad the research of strategic emerging industry cluster under the global value chain mainly embodied in the motivation of strategic emerging industry cluster, governance structure, influential factors, upgrade path and countermeasure, etc. This article summaries the related research results of the existing strategic emerging industry cluster under the global value chain, and the empirical analysis problems about the development of the strategic emerging industry cluster under the global value chain in Anhui province.
