茶叶经济与女性地位的上升——以安徽南部祁红乡为个案

Tea-economy and Improvement of Women's Status:A Case Study of a Tea-growing Village in Southern Anhui

通过安徽省南部祁红乡的实地调研,反映在我国农村经济体制改革不断深化的背景下,男女都在家务农并没有外出打工或短期外出务工的情境下女性家庭地位的问题。从茶叶经济中的性别分工、家务的性别分配和承担、男女在家庭中的地位三个角度,来探究茶叶经济发展过程中的女性地位变化。结论显示了茶叶经济使女性的家庭地位有所提升,在家庭大小事务的决策中扮演重要的角色。

Through field investigation, women＇s status in the family of tea town ship in southern Anhui province is reflected under the background of rural economic system reform deepen. From the gender division of labor in the tea economy, gender distribution and undertaking of the housework, men＇s and women＇s status in the family, this article explores women＇s status in the development of tea economy changes. It shows the tea economy has improved women＇s family status. Women have the certain independent decision-making power, and play an important role in the family.
