摘要
我国大学生创业教育起步较晚,仍处于探索阶段。美国大学生创业教育经过半个多世纪的发展,形成了完善的创业教育体系,其教育理念的前瞻性与终身性、师资队伍的职业化与专业化、课程设置的系统性与丰富性、支持体系的开放性与社会化为我国创业教育的实施提供借鉴。我国创业教育应优化理念设计,响应教育发展潮流;加强队伍建设,构建教育专家体系;规划课程设置,实现个性多元教学;完善支持体系,探索多方互动网络,从而解决创业教育发展问题。
Our university students' business education started a little later and it was still in the exploration stage. The American university students' entrepreneurship education has developed for half a century. Its forward -looking and lifelong education philosophy, professionalization and specialization faculty, systemic and abundant curriculum, the openness of supporting system and socialization provide the reference of entrepreneurship education in our country. Entrepreneurship education in our country should optimize concept design and response to the trend of education development. In order to solve the problems of education development and entrepreneurship, we should strengthen the team building and construct the system of educational experts. What' s more, we need to plan curriculum, making multiple and personality teaching come ture. Lastly, we should improve supporting system and explore multi -party interactive network.
