京津冀协同发展背景下设立环境法院的探索与思考

Exploration and Consideration on the Establishment of Environmental Court under the Background of the Collaborative Development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei

环境问题日益频发的京津冀三地,只有协同区域合力、创新环境纠纷解决途径,才能够真正为子孙后代留下天蓝、地绿、水清的生产生活环境。环境法院应区域管辖并实行新设置,新制度。

Ecology is the most equitable welfare. The environment is the basic livelihood. The year 2014 is an important year for the development of national deepening reform. This year, the strategy of Collaborative develop- ment of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei was proposed. This strategy has great significance to promote regional economic development and enhance national development. However , confronted with increasing environmental problems in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei , only regional cooperation and innovation environmental disputes solutions can leave a good production and living environment for future generations. In this article, I combine with the present situation of China＇ s environment court to analyze the reasons for the establishment of environmental courts in Beijing, Tianjin. In addition , in this paper I also put forward the idea of the establishment of an environmental court and provide a reference for the establishment of cross - regional environmental courts in the future.
