摘要
高校图书馆服务对提高图书馆的竞争力具有重要意义。本文针对国内高校的学科水平,基于"学科-馆员"为中心的图书馆知识管理概念,分析了高校图书馆服务的知识管理思路和框架体系。学科馆员知识管理可以加强学术研究馆藏,构建高素质的学科馆员团队,可以实现学科知识服务共享,建立个性化服务创新的概念,与知识管理与图书馆服务的本质相符。
University library service is of great significance to improve the competitiveness of the library.This article aims at high discipline level of domestic university and bases on the " Subject Librarian" concept as the center of the library knowledge management,analyzes the university library's knowledge management mindset and framework of service system. The knowledge management of subject librarians can strengthen academic research,build a high quality team of subject librarians,archives discipline knowledge service sharing and establishes the concept of personalized service innovation,which is consistent with the essence of knowledge management and library services.
