Problems and Countermeasures During the Post Practice of Higher Vocational Mechanical Engineering Majors

分析了高职机械类专业学生在顶岗实习期间存在的问题,介绍了解决这些问题所采取的对策。从而增强学生的工程实践能力、解决实际问题的能力和适应社会的能力,提高学生的职业技能、职业素养和就业竞争力。

This paper analyzes the problems which Vocational Mechanical Engineering Students arised during the post practice,find out the corresponding countermeasures,ensure the smooth implementation of post practice teaching activities,enhance the students＇ ability in engineering practice,ability to solve practical problems and ability to adapt to society,improve the students＇ vocational skills and professional quality and employment competitiveness.
