Research and Practice on the Cultivation of Excellent Talents in Accounting Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

卓越人才培养在本科院校已经比较成熟,但在专科层次尚处于探索阶段,我校卓越会计人才培养工作在充分企业调研、专家论证基础上制订适合卓越人才培养的培养计划,改革理论和实践课程体系,在新生中选拔组建卓越班,构建专兼结合双师队伍、改革课程教学方法和考核方式,积累了一定经验,具有一定的借鉴意义。

Outstanding talent training in Colleges and universities is relatively mature,but in college level is still in the exploratory stage,our outstanding talent cultivation work in enterprises to fully research,experts on the basis of formulation suitable for cultivating outstanding talents training plan,reform theory and practice course system.In the new selection set up excellence program,constructing designed and combined with the dual division team,reform of teaching methods and assessment methods accumulated certain experience,with certain reference significance.
