运输是物流的中心环节,企业物流运输合理化是企业降低物流成本的重要途径之一。文章运用层次分析法对铁路、公路、水上、航空四种运输方式进行了优化模型的构建,从经济性、及时性、安全性、便利性方面分析了影响运输方式选择的因素,并对每层次中各单元相对重要性给出了判断,从而使决策者运用层次分析法选择最合适的运输方式。

Transportation is a central part of the logistics,and the rationalization of enterprise logistics transportation is one of the important ways to reduce logistics cost.Using the analytic hierarchy process（AHP）of railway,highway,water,air,four modes of transport for the construction of the optimization model,from economy,timeliness,security,convenience aspects analysis the factors affecting the choice of transportation,and of every level of each unit of relative importance given to judge,and make the decision by using analytic hierarchy process（AHP）to choose the most appropriate transportation.
