“三联改良术”治疗21例二型Ⅱ度直肠脱垂临床疗效观察

Three-in-one Improved Procedure in the Treatment of 21 Patients with 2 Type Ⅱ Degree Rectal Prolapse

观察“三联改良术”（PPH加消痔灵双层注射和肛门环缩术）治疗二型Ⅱ度直肠脱垂临床疗效。采用三联改良术治疗21例二型Ⅱ度直肠脱垂，结果显示，一次性治愈率95．2％，总有效率100％，随访1年无直肠狭窄、直肠脱垂。结果表明，三联改良术治疗直肠脱垂具有创伤小、痛苦少、治愈率高、复发率低等优点。

To observe the clinical effect of three-in-one improved procedure（i.e PPH plus double-layer in- jecting Xiaozhiling and circo-shrinkage anal procedure）, the 21 patients with 2 type Ⅱ degree rectal pro- lapse received this procedure.As results, primary curative rate was 95.2 %, total effective rate was 100%;the follow-up of 1 year did not any stenosis of rectum,rectal prolapse.Results show that this improved pro- cedure for rectal prolapse has such merits as less trauma,lighter pain of patients,high cured rate,lower recurrence rate, etc.
