肛管直肠腔内超声在肛瘘诊断中的应用

Intracavity Sonography for Anorectum in the Diagnosis of Anal Fistula

为总结肛管直肠腔内超声对肛瘘诊断的准确性及实用性，将63例行肛管直肠腔内超声的肛瘘患者按Parks分型，其中括约肌间型46例，经括约肌型16例，括约肌上型1例。同时将肛管直肠腔内超声的检查结果与手术结果进行对比分析。结果显示，肛管直肠腔内超声对肛瘘的检查结果与手术结果符合率为90．47％。结果表明，肛管直肠腔内超声对肛瘘内口的位置、内口数目、瘘道主管及分支走向、分布、数量等的检测准确性较高，对手术方式的选择有指导意义，在肛瘘及分型诊断中有很高的应用价值。

This study was to summarize the accuracy and feasibility.The 63 patients to be subject to intra- cavity sonography for anorectum in the diagnosis of their fistula were typed according to Parks as：inter- sphincter type,46 cases;via sphincter type,16 cases ; upper sphincter type,1 case.At same time the obtained sonography results were compared with the intraoperative findings.As results, the accordance rate of both methods was 90.47%.Results show that above sonography has higher accuracy in detecting inner opening position and number of fistula; direction,distribution and number of main fistula tract and branch ones, thus has lead significance to choose procedure：in a word has high application value in typing and diagnosing anal fistula.
