The technical development trends and facing network safety threats for the secondary electrical system of nuclear power plant were described. The mandatory technical regulatory requirements of National Energy Administration for the secondary electrical system security in nuclear power plant were analyzed. By analyzing the equipment actuality of the electrical secondary system of nuclear power plant, a scheme on the information security monitoring platform, which can actually be deployed in nuclear power plant secondary electrical system, was developed finally the subsequent development trend of the scheme was discussed.
